We award effort, competence and merit.Responsibilities:Develop and Manage Training Programs;Provide leadership and guidance to trainees, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment;Offer coaching and mentorship to help new hires transition smoothly into their roles as Crossjoin engineers;Conduct regular feedback sessions to assess trainee progress and identify areas for improvement;Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;Continuously improve training methodologies and materials based on trainee feedback and industry best practices;Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after the training period.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
