Head Business Services Center (M/F/D)

A multinational company is currently hiring a Head of Business Services Center.Your main responsibilities will focus on:Operate the Business Services Center and manage the Order to Cash processes and other business units.Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures, SOX, internal controls, accounting standards and statutory & fiscal regulations.Identify best practices for operational and process improvement and enforce digitalization and automation.Improve efficiency, performance and quality metrics to optimise performance.We are looking for a profile with a University degree and relevant experience in Customer Service and/or Order to Cash processes. It is also important to have experience in program management and change management.
