HCM ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (EMEA)
Location: EMEA (excluding UK)
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to 80k Euros (base salary) + Commission (50/50 Split)
Reports to: Vice President EMEA & MEE
Language Skills: English fluency is a must, German fluency is preferred / bonus!

The Consultative Sales Person We're Looking for:
This position suits an individual who has:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM Consulting, certified in at least 1 x SuccessFactors module, and pivoted their career into a successful consultative sales role.

You possess knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM software.
You are certified in at least 1 x SAP SuccessFactors module.
You have top-notch communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
You love building your sales pipeline, growing new customer relationships, and hitting or beating your annual sales revenue targets, every year.
You are bilingual in English and German.
You must be willing to travel approximately 2 x days per week.
Key Qualifications:
Solid knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors (certified).
In-depth capabilities in SAP HCM Cloud Solutions.
Proficient in selling products and services.
Exposed to training, project work, and sales.
High application of sales concepts and techniques.
Job Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration.
At least 5 years experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM Solutions.
SAP SuccessFactors Certified (1+ modules).
Experience with consultative sales methodologies (MEDDIC, etc.).
Successfully sold products or services in the HCM space in the past.
Excellent communication skills.
Positive, confident and determined approach.
Resilient with the ability to cope with rejection.
High degree of motivation and ambition.
Skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
