We are in search of 2 Hardware Test Engineers to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstars, one focused on EE and another one focused on ME. What will be your responsibilities Design and develop test plans and procedures to validate the performance, reliability, and durability of hardware products. Conduct various tests, including stress tests, to evaluate product performance under different conditions. Analyze test data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Provide feedback and recommendations for design improvements based on test results to enhance product performance and reliability. Ensure products meet necessary certifications and standards, including safety and regulatory compliance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and ensure all testing and product developments adhere to these standards. Document all testing procedures, results, and recommendations thoroughly and accurately. Work closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure comprehensive testing and validation of products. Identify and resolve issues discovered during testing through innovative solutions and effective troubleshooting techniques. What are the requirements to join us in this position Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in hardware testing and validation, preferably in the context of consumer products or smart technology. Proficiency in developing and conducting various hardware tests, including stress tests and reliability tests. Strong analytical skills to interpret test data and provide actionable insights. Excellent documentation skills to maintain accurate records of testing procedures and results. Knowledge of relevant certifications and regulatory compliance requirements. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and technologies. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to multidisciplinary projects.
