HW Engineering, Laboratory Technician for Prototyping and Validation

You will do laboratory work joining a cross functional Eng. Team of Analog & Digital designers and hardware engineers. Our R&D lab is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for high accuracy, high-speed test, and debug.

As part of the thorough product validation within Synopsys, the function:
Execution of validation tests: Perform system level validation of products under development.
Guarantee circuit performance and interoperability.

Laboratory processes' duties: Purchasing.
Inventories.
Equipment maintenance.

Skills: Electrical/Electronic technical background.
Familiar with board schematics and layouts.
Knowledge of computer platforms.
Scripting and programming.
Good organization and communication skills.
Self-motivation, problem solving and attention to detail.
Valued Experience: Test Automation.
Instrumentation (examples: oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, bit error rate tester, network analyzer).
Python, MATLAB.
