As Guest Relations in our luxury properties, you will be responsible to ensure guest satisfaction by managing needs, reservations, stays and Up Selling with excellence. We seek someone dynamic, proactive, with excellent communication and experience in luxury hospitality. 
Responsibilities include:     Act in accordance with the standards of luxury hospitality;   Obtain information about guests' needs and expectations;   Checking that the VIP category has been correctly assigned;   Accompanying guests during their stay;   Up-selling;   Managing complaints;   Give feedback on the guest's stay to the General Manager;   Make the day's line-up;   Requesting VIP treatments;   Booking restaurants, excursions, golf, tennis and other requested activities;   Carrying out guest tours and visits Join our team at Vila Vita Parc, a distinguished five-star resort nestled in the scenic Algarve.
