Your main mission will be to identify, explore and test new opportunities for incremental revenue on our paid media channels. Oversee the full process of finding, testing and implementing new use cases, new angles, and new funnels.
Responsibilities: Spearhead the identification and strategic development of new growth opportunities with significant impact potential, ensuring they align with the company's overarching objectives.
Craft and continuously refine an innovative testing methodology that integrates insights from advertisements, customer behavior, and channel performance to effectively explore and validate new angles and use cases.
Own the entire process of identifying and developing new funnels. This includes recognizing new use cases, creating content briefs, adapting user journeys, designing and launching ads, and validating the effectiveness of each funnel.
Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve growth strategies continuously.
Report directly to the Head of Performance.
Minimum Requirements: 3-5+ years scaling performance marketing campaigns across major paid social platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc., and have the numbers to back it.
Minimum of 3 years in DTC growth marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to convert complex data into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other pertinent tools.
A passion for the fashion and jewelry industry coupled with a keen interest in industry trends and emerging marketing channels.
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
