Sword Health is looking for an extraordinary candidate to join our marketing team as our Growth Marketing Manager for Thrive. This individual will be a key contributor to the Thrive Marketing team ideating and deploying growth marketing experiments to drive member acquisition and engagement. What you'll be doing: Design and execute data-driven growth marketing tactics, across key channels including email, push, SMS, direct mail and landing pages; Ideate and conduct experiments to drive efficient member acquisition and retention; Explore and test new marketing channels to expand reach and drive member growth; Analyze growth marketing performance and optimize across channels, creative and audiences; Leverage personalization to drive marketing efficiency & enhance user experience; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing Ops
