We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us launch new products, expand into new markets, and achieve our ambitious goals.
As our Growth Marketing Manager you'll be the driving force behind our growth.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role where you'll need to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details.
You'll work closely with our founder, Business Administrator, and a talented team of 12+ contractors to manage multiple offers, optimize marketing funnels, and ensure our campaigns deliver results.
What You'll Do: Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute our business and product strategy in collaboration with the founder.
Direct Response & Email Marketing: Craft and manage impactful email campaigns in Kajabi and Klaviyo, grow our email list, and optimize engagement and revenue.
Campaign Execution: Lead front-end and back-end campaigns from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
Innovation & Optimization: Continuously refine funnels, product launches, and split tests to stay ahead of the curve.
Hands-On Involvement: Get involved in everything from writing copy to making last-minute campaign adjustments.
Problem Solving: Proactively address potential issues to keep the team running smoothly.
Project Leadership: Drive key growth projects, including new product development and positioning.
A Day in the Life: Review and optimize front-end offers.
Manage back-end campaigns to align with overall strategy.
Grow and nurture our email list.
Collaborate with the Media Buyer on ad performance and budgets.
Strategize with the CEO on new products and business goals.
Coordinate with the Business Administrator to keep projects on track.
Write or refine high-impact copy to enhance campaign performance.
Lead the development of new products and launch plans.
Who You Are: 4-6 Years of Experience: Proven expertise in direct response marketing, copywriting, email marketing, and team leadership.
Hands-On & Execution-Oriented: You thrive in a role that's all about getting things done.
Direct Response Copywriting Skills: Ready to step in and write high-converting copy when needed.
Highly Organized: Able to juggle multiple projects and keep every aspect of marketing on track.
Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to optimization.
Proven Leader: Comfortable making decisions that impact the bottom line.
