We are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and innovative Growth Marketing Lead to drive our customer acquisition strategies at HiJiffy, a high-growth B2B SaaS company providing cutting-edge AI solutions for the Hospitality sector.
In this pivotal role, you will blend expertise in growth marketing, performance marketing, account-based strategies, and customer engagement to achieve scalable and sustainable growth.
This position requires a hands-on leader who excels at leveraging intent signals, orchestrating account-based campaigns, and optimising the use of advanced tools and analytics to accelerate revenue generation.
As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer journey, optimising the marketing tech stack, and ensuring alignment across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for large-scale automated multichannel engagement to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Lead intent-based optimisation efforts by tracking buyer intent signals, conducting intent-based audience analysis to identify high-potential conversion opportunities, and mapping out the buying committee and persona creation.
Implement advanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to orchestrate personalised, multichannel campaigns targeting high-value accounts.
Innovate and scale growth initiatives across various channels, leveraging insights from customer behaviour and market trends.
Account-Based Orchestration: Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to enable tailored outreach and engagement with targeted accounts.
Drive account segmentation and prioritisation based on predictive insights, buyer intent data, and historical performance.
Design end-to-end account-based journeys and orchestrate engagement through ABM tools (e.g., Outreach, 6Sense, Amplemarket, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism).
Performance Marketing & Analytics Oversee paid advertising and acquisition campaigns across digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on driving high-quality leads.
Develop and optimise remarketing strategies to nurture leads and push them further down the funnel.
Execute automated and personalised lead-nurturing campaigns, utilising sophisticated email outreach and engagement tools.
Ensure marketing tech stack efficiency and scalability, leveraging tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, and sales intelligence platforms for data-driven decisions.
Implement analytics frameworks to measure performance, attribute revenue impact, and optimise ROI. Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders to ensure visibility and transparency.
Revenue Automation & Sales Intelligence Leverage revenue automation tools (e.g., 6Sense, Outreach, Apollo, Amplemarket) and sales intelligence platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Cognism) for lead generation, contact database management, and campaign execution.
Identify and deploy scalable solutions for buyer intent tracking and automation in outreach, ensuring sales and marketing efforts are aligned.
Monitor and continuously optimise workflows using sales and marketing intelligence tools to ensure consistent pipeline growth and high conversion rates.
Requirements:
Proven track record ( 7+ years ) in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Expertise in ABM tools (Outreach, Amplemarket, ZoomInfo, Cognism, 6Sense, Apollo) and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Zapier. Strong proficiency in managing and optimising revenue automation and sales intelligence platforms.
Deep understanding of automated multichannel engagement, intent-based marketing, and account-based orchestration.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making with a solid grasp of analytics, attribution models, and forecasting.
Strong ability to synthesise buyer intent signals and market data to inform marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
