Core Responsibilities: Design and execute data-driven B2B & B2C growth strategies - you will need to help us to attract clients and candidates at the same time.
We have these 2 main targets/audiences who require different marketing strategies.
Drive lead generation through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
We mainly use LinkedIn, events, and networking as acquisition channels, but we want to improve those and explore others.
Collaborate closely with Business Developers (you will be part of the same team, The Growth team) to convert qualified leads into amazing clients.
Analyze performance metrics, social media, and other KPIs to optimize and improve our growth.
Seasonal Responsibilities: Content creation: produce different types of content such as blog posts, videos, and business articles along with our internal team to help us position Hiire as a go-to source.
Social Media & Website: monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Marketing strategy: perform competitor analysis and bring valuable market insights to the business.
Events: plan and design impactful events within the recruitment industry with diverse stakeholders and audiences.
Main requirements (to perform core responsibilities) B2B / B2C marketing and lead generation - show us how you will bring qualified leads with different channels, how to improve conversions, and how to select the right channels.
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills (English required, Portuguese a plus - all the team is Portuguese at the moment but we all speak very good English) A passion for the HR and recruitment industry is critical!

You can expect: 35 hours freelance contract (you can work 7 hours, take one day off every 2 weeks or take half a day every week, we don't care, we care about results and attitude) Base salary + commission + annual bonus (up to 3 salaries) 24 days of holidays.
100% remote work in a European time zone (we do 1-2 off-sites a year) Being part of a recent company in recruitment (~2 years old, with 8 driven people working on it).
