Your Responsibilities
You will own your own projects and be responsible for driving results across various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities in this job will evolve and be defined and redefined throughout your time with us. The aim is to take ownership of and drive the development of progressively larger opportunities. Success requires the following:

Setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategic plans to reach them, and executing with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes.
Taking ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables.
Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks or obstacles and developing mitigation strategies.
Driving accountability by ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Acting as a champion for our results-driven culture within the team and organization.
Building, coaching, and empowering A+ teams to reach their potential and provide 5-star experiences to our users and partners.
Project-based assignments with clear objectives spread across different geographies.
Deep diving into value creation, process improvement, and organizational growth.
Thinking outside the box, brainstorming, and strategizing to challenge the status quo and aim at accelerating our momentum and efficient scaling.

Fluency in English and an EU work permit is required.

Start date and Travel
Flexible start date.
This role will cover all five markets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands-on with the teams in the different locations.
