About your Team The Growth Team is responsible for bringing our highly innovative and disruptive product to the market, being active from lead generation and qualification to contract signing and account management. We're building an organized group of smart, driven, humble individuals who incorporate the mission of revolutionizing retail and growing Sensei to become a global leader in this segment. Marketing, Sales, Retail Success, Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement are our key areas that articulate and liaise across the organization (e.G. Operations, Finance) to build an unstoppable growth machine. How Can You Help? Your mission is to empower the sales team by providing updated and highly targeted sales materials, actionable insights, strategic guidance, and essential tools that drive growth and efficiency. We seek a Sales Enablement Specialist with 3+ years of experience and a background in management or strategic consulting. The ideal candidate should possess excellent presentation building, communication and analytical skills, along with significant experience in market research. Daily at Sensei, you will: Customer Identification: Identify lists of potential customers in Existing and Emergent Markets sectors for each geography. Complement these lists with detailed information on each potential account, highlighting strategic alignment for sales opportunities. Identify all possible stakeholders and champions within each organization, substantiating the reasons for engagement to successfully close sales. Business Case Preparation: Prepare business cases for each account and active project in the market. Calculate the Return on Investment (RoI) for each proposal to support the sales process. Support developing sales materials: Support sales teams adjusting and building presentations to clients, steering meetings etc., using existing templates and guidelines. Liaise with our marketing team to develop high-quality sales collaterals to boost our sales effectiveness (e.G. one-pagers, business cases, presentations, videos). After six months, success means: Customer Lists and Account Insights: Successfully developed comprehensive lists of potential customers in target markets, complemented with strategic account insights and stakeholder identification
