THE ROLE As the Growth Director at Indie Campers, you will lead the growth strategy and execution across all our marketing channels. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by developing and implementing scalable growth strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for innovation. You will be joining our Growth team in our Lisbon HQ Office, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). WHAT YOU'LL DO: Develop Growth Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels including digital marketing, partnerships, and new market entries. Lead and Scale Growth Teams: Oversee and expand a team of growth marketers, analysts, and specialists, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation. Optimise Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels, ensuring a high ROI. Enhance Customer Retention: Develop and execute initiatives to improve customer retention and lifetime value, utilising CRM, loyalty programs, and personalised marketing efforts. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and data to track performance, optimise campaigns, and identify new opportunities for growth. Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with product, operations, and revenue teams to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with overall company objectives. Identify and Enter New Markets: Explore and execute strategies to enter new geographic markets, identifying key opportunities for growth and expansion. Budget Management: Oversee the growth budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact and achieve business goals. WHO YOU ARE: 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record in driving significant business growth
