Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, and innovative Growth and Product Marketing Lead to drive our customer acquisition and expansion efforts at HiJiffy, a high-growth B2B SaaS that offers AI solutions for Hospitality.
This role will combine growth, performance marketing, product marketing and customer engagement to accelerate growth and drive product adoption. You will be responsible for scaling marketing initiatives, enhancing the customer experience, and enabling the sales team with impactful strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth:
Test and expand new growth channels to boost customer acquisition.
Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts with personalised campaigns.
Develop joint marketing programs with channel partners to drive co-marketing initiatives.
Lead pricing, promotion, and loyalty/referral program strategies to drive product adoption and customer retention.
Drive continuous A/B testing to improve conversion rates, optimise landing pages, and increase the effectiveness of marketing funnels.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Lead paid advertising and acquisition campaigns across digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive high-quality leads.
Implement and optimise remarketing strategies to re-engage and nurture leads throughout the funnel.
Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns, including email marketing and automated personalised outreach.
Ensure the marketing tech stack is efficient and scalable, utilising marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Zapier.
Implement robust analytics frameworks to measure performance, develop attribution models, forecast outcomes, and improve marketing ROI. Deliver regular reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
Product Marketing:
Collaborate with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and create strong positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences across different customer segments.
Own go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring seamless execution and strong market adoption.
Develop tools and resources to educate the sales team on the product, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Champion Product-Led Growth initiatives that focus on key features driving user engagement and adoption.
Lifecycle Marketing:
Develop and implement strategies to nurture customers throughout their journey—from lead generation to onboarding and retention.
Promote high-quality technical content that educates users on product features and benefits.
Gather and analyse customer insights to inform improvements in marketing messaging, product features, and overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience ( 7+ years ) in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related role within a B2B SaaS company.
Strong understanding of growth hacking, performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, and product-led growth strategies.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier).
Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution, forecasting, and reporting.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
