Following the significant growth of the Group to coordinate Group payroll activities and in light of the increasing European regulatory requirements (DORA, CSRD), the HR team is looking for a motivated Group Payroll project manager to join our dynamic HR team.
He / She will work in close cooperation with the HR Group specialists team (HR Operations, HRIS, compensation & benefits), local HR team (HR D, HRBP, payroll partners) as well as with the ENX Risk, Compliance and Internal control stakeholders.
The Group payroll project manager has 2 main responsibilities:

He/She coordinates the monthly payroll activities with the payroll provider and the Euronext payroll partners based in our different countries and manages some payroll activities, especially in small countries.
He/she is responsible for the management, accuracy, and security of all HR-related data within the organization, playing a critical role in ensuring that the data supports the company's strategic goals and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

HR Group team members are strong guardians of company values and principles, so you should have strong interpersonal skills, be approachable, responsive, results-oriented, rigorous, proactive, and trustworthy.
Key accountabilities will be:
Payroll coordination:

Follow-up the monthly payroll activities with the payroll provider and the Euronext payroll partners based in our different countries (track log, status report, mitigation plan status, …).
Work closely with the Euronext payroll partner to consolidate the evolutions and establish a mitigation plan with the provider concerning any issues or improvements.
Create and monitor relevant payroll KPIs with the provider.
Maintain payroll processes and payroll business continuity plan in collaboration with Euronext payroll partners.
Manage the payroll cycle in specific countries (countries with a very limited number of employees, Employee of Record set-up), if relevant.

HR data quality & reporting:

Design & deliver HR KPI to monitor HR data quality in Workday and other HRIS systems (like absenteeism, …), HR processes compliance (termination process, background check, on/offboarding), and HR processes efficiency (recruitment, performance, …).
Support the Group HRIS team in preparing KPI and answers to internal control, security requests, and external auditor (access management control, dormant accounts, payroll controls, …).
Monitor, contribute to designing remediation plans, and coordinate the improvement of HR data quality in Workday and other HRIS systems.
Ensure documentation and traceability of KPIs (evidence, proof of control,…).
Assess and monitor HR data quality and processes efficiency, and propose and implement actions to simplify and make our HR data & processes more efficient & reliable.
Be proactive in proposing and implementing new automation or improvements.
As a key stakeholder of the HR Data, be a key contributor to the HR team awareness and best practices sharing on data quality and HR processes.
Create and maintain an up-to-date documentation.
Create a HR data dictionary to manage the HR Data Governance.

We are looking for the following profile:

High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
Rigorous, organized, and dynamic. Results and deadline-driven.
Proven experience in data management.
Proven experience in payroll coordination in an international environment (France, Italy, Nordic country).
Understanding of payroll specificities & HR processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and proficient in PowerPoint.
Ideally over 5 years' experience in HR data management & payroll follow-up.
Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
