Your responsibilities Role Purpose
We are looking for an inclusive and dedicated Team Lead to supervise daily operations within our workshop, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently, with a strong commitment to safety and company standards. The ideal candidate will focus on patient-centric outcomes, oversee key operational metrics, and foster a supportive and collaborative team environment aligned with our core values.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide daily team activities, contributing to short-term planning and ensuring the team's success.
Share technical expertise and provide mentorship to team members through workshops and continuous learning opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all internal and external standards, while consistently seeking ways to improve processes.
Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, budgets, and reports.
Lead, support, and develop team members, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to excel and grow.
Uphold a safe and environmentally responsible workplace, promoting best practices within the team.
Implement and maintain the 6S system to ensure an organized and efficient work environment.
Encourage clear, open communication within the team and with management, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
Experience: Solid experience in leading teams on the factory floor, with at least 4+ years in a supervisory or technical leadership role. We seek a professional with a proven ability to manage people effectively in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Education/Qualifications: High school diploma (12th grade) is required; a professional or technical qualification is preferred. Additional training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or problem-solving methodologies is a plus.
