Job DescriptionIn your position as "Group Compliance Specialist Risk Assessment" in Continental's global Compliance department, you will support our Risk Assessment Lead in Hannover with the operation of our compliance risk assessment (compliance areas anti-corruption, antitrust, anti-money laundering, and data compliance). This will include preparation, initiation, data gathering, and reporting.
Ensure an efficient execution of the group-wide Compliance risk assessment processMaintain constant adequacy and completeness of entity risk assessment data in the compliance risk assessment applicationMonitor and report the risk assessment progress and results through a Microsoft Power BI risk assessment dashboardDrive the relevant entities in the completion of its risk assessment and support relevant entities in technical and operational matters of the risk assessmentSupport the Compliance organization in the risk-based design and execution of its compliance program and integration of data, systems, and applicationsSupport to continuously improve the compliance risk assessmentAct as an interface to regional Group Compliance Officers and Group Sectors in terms of risk assessment results and mitigation measuresAssisting with special projects as requiredQualificationsAcademic degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable qualificationExperience in data analysis and visualization using software such as Microsoft Power BIBusiness-driven problem-solving skillsBusiness fluent English language skills (written and spoken)Strong communication skills with a strong team player mentalityIntercultural competence
