Multinational leading group in the financial area. Descriçao da oferta This role will support on any C&B / data analysis and reporting required by management and ensure these analysis and reporting are performed with a great attention to data quality and operational excellence.
Description Gather and utilize statistics to anticipate deviations in the gender pay gap, ensuring internal equity and maintaining competitiveness in the external market. Regularly analyze internal compensation practices and suggest improvements to our compensation and benefits policies and processes based on findings. Offer recommendations on various compensation actions (such as job offers and promotions) using salary surveys, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations. Profile Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Ideally, 3 years of experience in an analytical position. Exceptional analytical abilities. Meticulous, well-organized, and energetic; focused on results and meeting deadlines. Extensive international experience and background. Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English - mandatory. Capable of working on both detailed and conceptual tasks. Advanced skills in Excel and full proficiency in PowerPoint.
