What are you working on? The name of the project(s): UFL Genres: Simulation, Sports Platforms: Console For which tasks (responsibilities)? We are not only creating new players, but we are always looking for modern and highly effective ways to improve existing models, materials, and textures to provide our audience with the most realistic football experience.
Responsibilities: Creating hairstyles according to references, conveying the characteristics of hairstyles. Attention to hair growth lines and adherence to polycount.
Close interaction with artists to achieve maximum similarity with players.
Understanding the principles of constructing hairstyles, control so that there are no penetrations between the patches.
Control and accuracy of geometry (no empty UV shells, non-manifold geometry, cut patches, etc.)
Preparation and export/import of assets.
What kind of professional are we looking for? Skills and requirements: Experience with game engines (Unreal Engine 4/5 required);
Maya, Adobe Photoshop, XGen, GsCurveTool.
Nice to have: Experience in simulating card and strand hair
Experience with TortoiseSVN, Bitbucket, Sourcetree, Jira, Confluence
