Greek speaking Technical Support Advisor Role: Greek speaking Technical Support Advisor Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week between Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5 pm Relocation: Flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m The Company Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Greek Technical Support Advisors. The Role As a Greek Technical Support Advisor, you will represent a global lighting brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, emails, and chat, answering general inquiries and solving any technical issues they might experience. First-time resolution, taking ownership, and customer satisfaction are very important in this role. This will suit someone who has an interest in technology and who likes to troubleshoot. Requirements Fluent Greek and English Previous customer service or technical support experience desired Ability to multi-task IT literate, interest in new technologies Salary and benefits Competitive monthly gross salary of 957€ (paid 14 months) + Euro 100 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher.
