Responsibilities:
Presentation & Pitch Deck Design: Create visually compelling and professional presentations and pitch decks for internal and external use.
Social Media Content: Design engaging visual content (images, banners, animations) for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
Visual Assets Creation: Develop visual content for various channels, including website visuals, promotional materials, and digital ads.
Collaborative Design: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on design strategies and brand messaging.
Creative Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance the visual branding of Dotmoovs.
Content Adaptation: Tailor visual assets to specific audience needs across different platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
Inventory Management: Organize and manage content inventory (unedited and edited materials) in Google Drive and external drives, ensuring assets are easily accessible and well-organized for the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required. Having a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant area is highly valued.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design is mandatory. Previous experience in designing for digital platforms is a plus.
Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Canva.
Video Editing: Experience in video editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.
Design Thinking & Visual Branding: A solid understanding of design thinking principles and experience in crafting visual identities that resonate with audiences.
Google Workspace: Experience working with Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets to collaborate on projects and build presentations.
Inventory Management: Ability to efficiently manage and organize content inventory (unedited and edited) on Google Drive and external drives.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Nice-to-have:
Motion Graphics & Animation: Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) to create engaging micro-interactions and animations.
Hands-on experience with creating branded content for social media campaigns.
A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and delivering innovative designs in a fast-paced environment.
