Graphic Designer

Musiversal is the world's first online recording studio. We provide session musicians with a steady flow of remote recording sessions and a stable monthly income, reinventing the paradigm of music production in the process. Having launched just over a year ago, our monthly subscription service Musiversal Unlimited now has more than 75 session musicians, producers, and audio engineers on its world-class roster, delivering more than 5,000 livestream sessions every month. We're looking for talented Graphic Designers to join our fast-growing platform! Monthly payment will start at $1,500 per month to work for 25 hours per week. This is an experimental position, which means we will hire two Designers to try out and assess if there's demand for this service in the first month. If there is, your contract will then be extended and you will have the opportunity to increase your hours every 2 weeks, with a proportional pay increase up to 42 hours per week ($2,500 per month). Ideally, we're looking for you to be available for remote live work at the following times: Weekdays; 5pm - 11pm in any US time zone Weekends; 8am - 11pm in any US time zone Requirements You are a midweight level designer with 4+ years design experience and a proven track record of great work for a variety of clients, including social media content. You have good knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Software, including Photoshop and Illustrator. You're an aspiring Art Director. You have the ability to carefully interpret briefs. You have strong layout skills. You are very comfortable with different aesthetics, styles, and design approaches. You are very comfortable receiving client feedback live and adapting to it in real-time. You have good time-keeping skills and ability to work to deadlines. You are a good problem solver who can translate concepts into strong visuals. You love music and are passionate about artwork in music (album covers, booklets, posters, social media postings). You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You have a proactive and friendly attitude.
