.Mercer Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position based in Lisbon: Graphic Designer / Communication Analyst We are looking for a professional in communications, marketing, or advertising to be part of the newly created Employee Communications Advisory team based in Lisbon. The role will be working as a generator of standardized engagement solutions related to the timely communication to the employees of our clients, of the conditions of access, use and enjoyment of their benefit and well-being programs. In this role, an updated communications content library must be maintained and available to all colleagues/consultants across the European region, with different pre-designed communication options that allows an efficient and timely communication process. Another important function of this position is to help with the adaptation and inclusion of content in the different templates in accordance with differing client requirements. What can you expect?
