Descrição da FunçãoAdecco Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigious client in the financial sector with offices in Porto and Lisbon, that is currently looking for a Grants & Incentives Senior Analyst (M/F) to join its team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage applications to a variety of European and Portuguese funds;Be aware of such new relevant incentives and funds;Proactively manage projects;Evaluate and improve a project's technical and economic feasibility.RequirementsDegree in Economics, Management or Engineering;2 years of experience as a consultant in Portuguese and European incentives applications;Experience in preparation/coordination of applications under Portugal 2020, namely for SI Internationalization, SI Innovation (Industry and Tourism), SI I & DT;Experience in preparation/coordination of applications/calculation of tax benefits, namely SIFIDE, RFAI, Net Job Creation;Experience in preparation/coordination of European Commission applications (e.g. Horizon Europe);Native in Portuguese and fluency in English at a proficient level;Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level);Excellent time management and strong attention to detail;Critical thinking and analytical mindset;Flexible working approach.OfferFast-growing company that works in complex and stimulating projects for sophisticated clients in the US, Europe and the Middle East;Competitive salary and benefits which vary according to individual performance;Opportunity to work from home 50% of the time;Career Development Plan, Training Programs and Sponsorship.
