Grants & Incentives Associate

Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire an Associate for the Grants & Incentives team in our Porto or Lisbon office. WHAT YOU HAVE 3+ years of experience as a consultant in Portuguese and European incentives applications. Experience in preparation/coordination of applications under Portugal 2020, namely for SI Internationalization, SI Innovation (Industry and Tourism), SI I&DT. Experience in preparation/coordination of applications/calculation of tax benefits, namely SIFIDE, RFAI, Net Job Creation. Experience in preparation/coordination of European Commission applications (e.G., Horizon Europe). Native in Portuguese and fluent in English at a proficient level. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level). Excellent time management and strong attention to detail. Critical thinking and analytical mindset. Exceptional writing and communication skills. Ability to work and think clearly under pressure. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible working approach. WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop and manage applications to a variety of European and Portuguese funds. Stay informed about new relevant incentives and funds. Proactively manage projects. Evaluate and improve a project's technical and economic feasibility.
