Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Senior Analyst for the Grants & Incentives team in our Porto or Lisbon office. WHAT YOU HAVE Undergraduate degree in Economics, Management or Engineering (preferred) Basic understanding of how the Grants and Incentives, either National and European work, namely the PT2030 programme or Horizon Europe Experience in the preparation of applications/calculation of tax benefits, namely SIFIDE, RFAI is a plus Willingness to develop general knowledge in areas from startup to innovation ecosystems Native in Portuguese and fluency in English at a proficient level Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level) Excellent time management and strong attention to detail Critical thinking and analytical mindset Powerful argumentation skills Exceptional writing and communication Ability to work and think clearly under pressure Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible working approach WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop applications to a variety of European and Portuguese grants & incentives programs Daily interaction with high profile clients Organize information clearly and produce well-documented reports Be aware of new relevant incentives opportunities Evaluate and improve a project's technical and economic feasibility WHAT WE OFFER A fast-growing company with a presence in Porto, Lisbon, Madrid and London, that works on complex and stimulating projects for sophisticated clients in the US, Europe and the Middle East Competitive salary and benefits which vary according to individual performance Opportunity to work from home 50% of the time Career Development Plan, Training Programs and Sponsorship LGG Advisors aims for a diverse workplace.
