What you'll do
Manage collateral management tasks including margin calls, dispute management, collateral and interest settlement
Setting up of collateral agreements and trade reconciliation
Support to team in the in-depth consulting to trading and treasury departments
Ensure end to end workflow for collateral management operations is completed and compliant with regulatory requirements and clearing house rules
Support in different projects
Challenge the status-quo and strive for process improvements
Ensure timely escalation of any issues to Operations, Front Office, Risk and IT
What you'll need
Masters degree in Finance, Economics or similar
Experience or theoretical knowledge of the derivatives collateral industry; OTC as well as Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and GMSLA
Knowledge of collateral management and ability to work in a fast-paced client-focused, deadline-oriented environment
Good knowledge of derivatives products, their structures, behaviours and associated life cycle events
Fluent in English
Self-starter with attention to detail and an ability to manage simultaneous activities through to resolution
Nice to have
Knowledge of collateral management processes and practices including regulatory IM and VM
Knowledge of triResolve and AcadiaSoft MarginSphere
Language skills in German or French
