Our client is looking to hire a Governance Specialist (m/f), who will play a crucial role in managing governance, risks, and compliance, ensuring that operations are aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The main responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing programs
Conducting risk assessments and compliance analyses
Monitoring and auditing internal processes
Preparing risk and compliance reports
The candidate should have over 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Auditing, and Compliance, in addition to knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance standards and frameworks, experience in risk assessment and implementation of compliance control policies and Due Diligences, as well as strong communication skills.
