Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted consultant by collaborating with partners to develop and optimize their channels, driving increased platform usage and adoption of various tools and features by content creators.

Identify and understand customer needs by analyzing their goals and objectives, leveraging your knowledge of key platform features to align these needs with available solutions.

Engage with a high volume of clients daily through video calls, emails, and phone calls, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

Manage and prioritize portfolios by identifying opportunities for growth and maintaining regular follow-up with content creators to foster long-term engagement.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising/social media.

Strong desire to meet or exceed targets in productivity, readiness, sustainability, task completion, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch over the phone and craft compelling proposals.

Effective time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks.

Client-focused with a strong interest in customer interaction and a commitment to achieving business goals.

Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian and fluency in English.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 18:00.

Compensation:

Base salary of €1,227 plus bonuses. A variable bonus will be awarded based on performance towards the project's Key Performance Indicators. If 100% of the targets are reached, you can earn a bonus of up to €450 per quarter (taxes are applicable).
