We are looking for a Golf Sales Manager for our Sales team located in Albufeira, Algarve.
Main Responsibilities, Among Others Promote Highgate Portugal units, define and develop a commercial strategy in the golf segment;Prepare and manage the department budget;Identify and develop sales opportunities related to the Golf segment;Maintain and monitor current Golf related partners, mainly throughout the UK and main National Players/DMC's – Algarve;Organize and monitor business visits;Control the development of the market and competition in the sector;Provide support in the organization and implementation of Golf Fairs and Events.Requirements Higher education, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism;Proven commercial/sales experience in the area of hospitality, preferably in the Golf segment;Knowledge of the golf industry and operations, including tournaments, memberships, and events;Knowledge of PMS/Opera & Golf Manager booking systems;Good computer skills from the user's point of view;Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required, other languages are a plus;Communicate effectively and be service and customer oriented;Take initiative and work with autonomy;Effective at setting priorities and achieving objectives;Rigorous and committed to work;Dynamic and organized.We Offer Competitive compensation;Benefits package;Advantages at Highgate hotels;Career development and progression.Localização: Distrito / District: Faro, Concelho / Municipalities: Albufeira
