We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.Who we're looking forWe are looking for a Global Transformation Consultant to identify and articulate marketing requirements at the country level, collaborating with vendors for a major client in a non-governmental multilateral agency - UNICEF. This specialist will coordinate country implementations, ensuring seamless collaboration between central services and countries, and provide support for markets, geographical squads, and central squads with Marketing Cloud expertise, best practices, and technical support. You will also engage in global and local projects in transformation, marketing and sales operating models, commerce, and loyalty.What You'll DoDesign and implement a comprehensive framework for all donor journey initiatives across the Individual Giving team, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.Analyze existing roles, responsibilities, and workflows to identify and eliminate redundancies, streamline processes, and enhance overall team effectiveness.Deliver a clear set of recommendations for improved structures, processes, and ways of working across all teams involved in shaping donor journeys.Facilitate synergy and knowledge sharing between different geographic locations and teams within Individual Giving.Identify and leverage the unique skills and capabilities of various National Committees (Natcoms) and Country Offices (COs) to maximize efficiency and impact.Ensure all recommendations and initiatives prioritize the creation of seamless, engaging, and impactful donor journeys across all touchpoints.Analyze and document current marketing business processes in client country offices using an agile development process (through user stories).Collaborate to develop the business view on story prioritization, sprint planning, and backlog grooming as part of the agile planning process.Guide country offices in implementation readiness, including resource planning, technology, and project processes.Negotiate key user stories into solutions, ensuring business interests are met within technical boundaries.Manage ambiguity in story development, ensuring solutions reflect the client's future business state.Understand and optimize the Marketing Cloud technological solution for supporter journeys, testing, segmentation, data flow, and governance.Lead offices through initial implementation and go-live stages, providing business and technical support (global travel may be required).Provide feedback to the Marketing Manager on sprint progress, managing PFP input, and recommending changes to deliverables.Support business decisions from a marketing perspective, considering cost and ROI, and advising Business and Product Owners.Collaborate with Business Owners to provide readiness checklists and functionality prioritization for go-live implementations.Evaluate and propose requirements for new and existing reporting, analysis, and data models.Who you areYou combine Marketing Cloud technical expertise and project management skills with a positive attitude.You have a passion for problem-solving and a track record of delivering high-quality work.You are a natural collaborator who excels at managing teams and ensuring timely delivery.What you'll needQualifying for this role means that you must have:Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, CRM implementations, process and system optimization, and fundraising (particularly in individual giving communication, retention, and supporter journeys).Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Einstein, and Contact Builder (up-to-date Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification required).Proficiency in AMP Script for email personalization, A/B testing, dynamic templates, and SQL for data model updates.Ability to create and produce content for engagement and conversion via email communications.Experience leading training sessions and live demos.Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud for cross-cloud success and understanding Salesforce product integration (including Sales Cloud and Ad Studio).Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (certification is an asset).Fluency in English (additional languages are valued).Other Skills:Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.Capacity to manage multiple projects under time pressure with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical language and vice versa.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.Passionate and energetic team member with a genuine interest in the international aid and development sector.At VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward.
