Who we're looking for We are looking for a Global Transformation Consultant to identify and articulate marketing requirements at the country level, collaborating with vendors for a major client in a non-governmental multilateral agency - UNICEF. This specialist will coordinate country implementations, ensuring seamless collaboration between central services and countries, and provide support for markets, geographical squads, and central squads with Marketing Cloud expertise, best practices, and technical support. You will also engage in global and local projects in transformation, marketing and sales operating models, commerce, and loyalty. What You'll Do Design and implement a comprehensive framework for all donor journey initiatives across the Individual Giving team, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. Analyze existing roles, responsibilities, and workflows to identify and eliminate redundancies, streamline processes, and enhance overall team effectiveness. Deliver a clear set of recommendations for improved structures, processes, and ways of working across all teams involved in shaping donor journeys. Facilitate synergy and knowledge sharing between different geographic locations and teams within Individual Giving. Identify and leverage the unique skills and capabilities of various National Committees (Natcoms) and Country Offices (COs) to maximize efficiency and impact. Ensure all recommendations and initiatives prioritize the creation of seamless, engaging, and impactful donor journeys across all touchpoints. Analyze and document current marketing business processes in client country offices using an agile development process (through user stories). Collaborate to develop the business view on story prioritization, sprint planning, and backlog grooming as part of the agile planning process. Guide country offices in implementation readiness, including resource planning, technology, and project processes. Negotiate key user stories into solutions, ensuring business interests are met within technical boundaries
