Job Description As a Global Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for putting in place the global strategy for talent management and DEI that aligns with business needs and priorities, providing an engaging and inclusive experience, and enabling the Group with the tools to face the future. This position is based in Portugal, where the offices are in Carnaxide and Forte da Casa and remote work is encouraged. You will be challenged to think of solutions for the business needs and ensure proper implementation of the Group's People and Culture strategies, including the following areas: organisational development; learning and development; culture; engagement; people data analysis; talent attraction; talent management and retention; employer branding;internal communication; HR systems management; diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
