WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as a strategic business partner to senior HR leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations that align HR initiatives with broader business objectives, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across regions and functions, translating financial data and analysis into clear, actionable recommendations to drive organizational performance and HR transformation.
Act as the data steward for global HR/financial databases, managing large-scale data structures, ensuring proper mapping, and maintaining clean records for HR metrics such as cost centers, regions, sub-functions, and business units.
Collaborate closely with regional HR and finance teams, acting as a trusted advisor to influence key decisions, support strategic HR initiatives, and facilitate alignment between financial planning and people strategy.
Lead the creation and management of financial models and dashboards, ensuring alignment of HR/financial data with the broader business strategy and reporting requirements.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
7-10 years of experience in finance, data management, or financial planning and analysis, ideally within a large, global organization.
Proven experience working with large-scale databases and managing financial and HR data systems, including Workday, Oracle/Hyperion, SAP or similar platforms.
Strong skills in Excel, along with experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or similar tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex data and provide structured solutions.
A track record of delivering data-driven insights that influence leadership decisions and drive organizational transformation.
Global Experience: Demonstrated experience in a global role, managing stakeholders and recruitment across different regions (North America, Europe, APAC).
YOU'LL WORK WITH
As part of the Functional Finance Team, you will be an integral player in BCG's worldwide finance organization. The team provides meaningful and accurate financial information to help guide and influence the decision-making process of leadership teams. You will partner closely with the leadership of the HR/People function, senior finance management, and local, regional, and global finance colleagues to deliver insights that drive organizational change and transformation within the HR function.
