In your new role, you will:Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and securityDevelop and implement a long-term strategy for the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with the organization's overall goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and work with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance the platform's efficiency and effectivenessWork closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Procurement, to understand their needs and ensure the platform meets their requirementsManage relationships with ServiceNow vendors and partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communicationDevelop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the platform's performance and identify areas for improvementWith your proactive approach, analytical mindset, and efficient communication skills, you can drive the ServiceNow platform forward, generating and implementing innovative solutions while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.

You are best equipped for this task if you have: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any similar field of studiesAt least 3 years of working experience as a ServiceNow Platform Owner or similar role.Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
