Global Reward Partner

Global Reward Partner Introduction to role: Join us as a Global Reward Partner, a key role accountable for the provision of expert total reward insight and guidance to the business. You will be working as part of a team to provide support across strategic initiatives and specific areas of speciality. This role is instrumental in driving country / SET area alignment to global reward policies, as well as providing analytical insight for any review of reward provision. Accountabilities: Your work will include planning for all annual reward activities as well as providing guidance on the implementation of global governance. You will be working in specific areas of expertise like sales incentives, providing total reward education and support offer generation. As a Reward Partner, you will play a key role in the ongoing implementation and embedding of all global reward programmes (both cyclical and change) as well as the provision of total reward education across the business units. Essential Skills/Experience: Educated to Degree Level Experience in delivering end-to-end total reward in a large, complex global organisation Project management expertise Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide insight based on business need Knowledge of the development and delivery of total reward policies (including well-being), from design to delivery, embedding change through the organisation Well-developed people skills and ability to engage, influence and negotiate with major stakeholders and internal clients Experience of developing reward knowledge and expertise across HR, reward, managers and employees Experience of HRIS and delivering reward change in collaboration with shared services Desirable Skills/Experience: Post Graduate Qualification in Reward or HR Understanding and keen interest in inclusion and diversity and ways in which reward can make a difference to the organisational agenda Developed reward network Experience of AI and ways to deliver value through digitalisation Interest and experience of bringing sustainability to life through reward practices Ready to make a difference?
