Global Retail Customer Experience Specialist (German, Remote)

Starting Date: 6th November 2024

Location: Remote

Office Location: Braga
Language requirements: German C2, English B2

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays) from 07:00 AM 08:00 PM (Portuguese time) (Rotational shifts). 2 days off: Sunday + 1 day rotational

Salary Package:

Base salary: 1.010 EUR per 14 months
Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 EUR per day, 1908.72 EUR per annum
Performance bonus: 120 EUR per 12 months
Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)

Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Advisor for a leading global home furnishings retailer, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our customers, serving as a key brand ambassador. If you thrive on delivering outstanding customer service and are fluent in German, this role presents an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to our customer satisfaction efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Professionally and enthusiastically assist customers through inbound calls.
Provide detailed information about products and services, aiming to close sales over the phone.
Support customers with delivery issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving problems, and checking stock availability.
Troubleshoot issues related to account management and software functionality.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and actions taken.
