Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of recruiters, fostering growth and performance.Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) to final placement.Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Handle client submissions and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Report to your manager with detailed situation analysis and updates.Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.Follow up with candidates until they are successfully hired by the client.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Junior GRM:
Manage 5 Recruitment Representatives (RR).Achieve 46 submissions per month (combined manager and team effort).Secure 18 placements per quarter (combined manager and team effort).
