Global Quality Owner for heat pumps and modules (f/m/div.) In the city of Aveiro, Bosch has one of its biggest production sites for Bosch Home Comfort division, as well as a Research and Development Center for new and improved heating solutions for the residential segment. Your contribution to something big: You contribute to improve the quality of our Electric Solutions portfolio with focus on modules for heat pumps and air to water heat pumps (self-developed and merchandise). You represent quality in development projects and are responsible for quality planning and Quality Gate moderation within the projects. You execute field observation in international markets with focus on air to water heat pumps. You lead and participate in problem solving processes to quickly resolve field quality issues. You work together with experts from development, production, logistics and many more in an international work environment. What distinguishes you: Education: Master/Bachelor of Engineering or natural sciences. Knowledge in electrical engineering is an advantage. Working style: analytical, willing to take responsibility, solution oriented. Experience: min. 2-3 years of job experience, preferably in quality management. Experience in heating industry or with heat pumps are an advantage. Enthusiasm: Interest in developing environmentally friendly solutions and drive their quality improvements. Languages: fluent in English and Portuguese, knowledge in Dutch or German are an advantage.
