As a Global Quality Data Reporting Expert, you will define Bosch's quality indicators for reporting on a global scale and across multiple businesses. For that, you will:Define data reporting strategy for the Bosch Group corporate quality; Design and implement data reporting processes for quality indicators in all Bosch divisions, closely collaborating with quality experts within Bosch Group; Analyze data trendsand patterns, as well as assure tracking of the main quality indicators, to provide valuable insights for strategic decisions and improvements; Promote internal and external networks of expertise in data reporting and industry trends and best practices; Define regulation and governance principles for corporate quality in Bosch Group.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Education: Degree in Data, Business, Engineering, or similar; Experience and know-how:Experience in data reporting and analysis, preferably in a global organization; Experience working with large datasets and databases; Good understanding of data governance principles and regulatory requirements related to quality indicators reporting; Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation; Knowledge of ERP Systems, specifically SAP; Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data modeling methodologies; Working Style andMethods: Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured work style with a problem-solving mindset.
