THE ROLE
As our Global Procurement Specialist in Indie Campers, you will be focused in procuring different services, equipments and supplies to enable our continuous growth and satisfy current and future business needs, for our Corporate Offices - Lisbon, Los Angeles and Mexico City - as well as our Field Operations Sites, spread across Europe, North America and Oceania.
You will be joining our Procurement team within the Operations department in our Lisbon HQ offices, reporting directly to the Procurement Lead.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Execute the planning and procurement of services, equipments and supplies;
Establish and develop relationships with key suppliers;
Drive procurement process improvements, contract analysis, drafting and reporting;
Work with the Finance team in the execution of the supplies finance plan;
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the product specs are aligned with the objectives of the business;
Prepare periodic reporting for executives and stakeholders.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar;
Experience of 2+ years in procurement
Experience and history in engaging and building value-adding relationships with internal customers and external partners across geographies and industries, at all levels;
Strong analytical skills with affinity towards deal negotiations and ability to drive Procurement related KPIs;
Natural commercial mindset, with exceptional great communication and emotional intelligence skills;
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) mandatory.
