The role: The Strategy & Operational Excellence (S&OE) team are the backbone of Global Procurement, supporting the delivery of our vision and strategic plan to become a best-in-class function as we embark on the exciting journey towards our corporate 2030 Bold Ambition. As a Business Process Owner within S&OE, you will own and lead the definition, design, deployment and ongoing improvement of the Supplier Management process to ensure efficient, effective and transparent ways of working. You will use your expertise to drive standardisation across Global Procurement and ensure that we strike the right balance between risk mitigation, simplification, and innovation. Supplier Management is an integral part of how Global Procurement delivers value to the business through the development of mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers. You will set the strategic direction for the process, working with the Executive Process Owner (EPO), and drive the process to that end goal, ultimately enabling the delivery of our functional vision and strategic plan. Lean and Digital are critical aspects to us becoming more agile and efficient as a function and therefore play a key role in the strategic direction of our processes. You will need to understand our Lean Strategy and Digital Strategy and partner closely with these SMEs to ensure alignment and collaborate in defining the future direction of these strategies to meet business process needs. You will establish and lead a process network to drive process maturity and continuous improvement. You will work to identify and act upon technological enhancements to drive efficiency
