Lead and Optimize Customer-Facing Processes Are you ready to drive the green transition with a global company on a growth journey? Join us as the Global Process Owner for Commercial Processes and play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. Can you envision yourself leading the standardization and optimization of key commercial processes across sales, marketing, and customer service?

Role Overview As the Global Process Owner for Commercial Processes, you will lead the E2E standardization and optimization of customer-facing processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service. Your focus will be on creating seamless customer journeys and improving processes such as lead management and order-to-cash. Your work will ensure alignment between commercial operations and NKT's broader business objectives.

Establish governance structures to ensure consistent and effective execution of commercial processes globally Define and implement the vision and strategy for E2E commercial processes, aligned with our ERP Drive standardization and optimization of commercial processes to improve customer engagement and satisfaction Integrate CRM systems and tools to streamline customer-facing processes Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption and alignment with commercial process improvements Partner with Master Data team to maintain high-quality commercial master data Who We Are Looking For We seek a dynamic individual with deep understanding and expertise in customer engagement, sales, marketing, or customer service processes. You should have strong change management skills and experience optimizing revenue-driving processes. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Expertise in customer engagement, sales, marketing, and customer service processes Experience in governance framework establishment and ensuring regulatory compliance Strong understanding of ERP, CRM systems, and commercial analytics tools (e.g., S4 Hana, SAP ECC, C4C, or similar) Proven experience in optimizing revenue-driving processes Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making Demonstrated success in managing change and fostering stakeholder alignment Ability to travel as needed (25%) Join Our Team NKT is committed to fostering a diverse organization and a culture where people from different backgrounds can thrive and are inspired to perform at their best.
