Can you envision yourself leading the standardization and optimization of key commercial processes across sales, marketing, and customer service?Role OverviewAs the Global Process Owner for Commercial Processes, you will lead the E2E standardization and optimization of customer-facing processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Your focus will be on creating seamless customer journeys and improving processes such as lead management and order-to-cash.
Your work will ensure alignment between commercial operations and NKT's broader business objectives.Establish governance structures to ensure consistent and effective execution of commercial processes globallyDefine and implement the vision and strategy for E2E commercial processes, aligned with our ERPDrive standardization and optimization of commercial processes to improve customer engagement and satisfactionIntegrate CRM systems and tools to streamline customer-facing processesLead change management initiatives to drive adoption and alignment with commercial process improvementsPartner with Master Data team to maintain high-quality commercial master dataWho We Are Looking ForWe seek a dynamic individual with deep understanding and expertise in customer engagement, sales, marketing, or customer service processes.
You should have strong change management skills and experience optimizing revenue-driving processes.
