Liason to other controlling functions (esp.
Business Unit Controlling as well as central controlling functions) and management.Tasks: Central controlling of global network of Manufacturing Plants (located in Portugal, China, Mexico and Germany)Coordination and hand-on involvement in month end closing as well as year-end closing acitivities for individual plants as well as overall consolidated view.
Validation and analyses of MPs results and central reporting of KPIs of the MPs to various stakeholders.
Process owner of Key Data Plant ReportsCoordination and pro-active steering of other main controlling processes, esp.Regular Forecasts and Budgeting of the Manufacturing PlantsPreparation of regular Performance Dialogs, consolidation of results and reportingGovernance over global MP Controlling processes and continous improvement of related processes (harmonization, efficiency, transparency).
