How You'll Make an Impact You will be responsible for designing, evaluating and shaping the requirements for our future HR reporting & analytics landscape You will be driving projects to build our HR data hub You will support in creating fast and reliable analytics products through efficient ETL processes You are an advocate for a data-driven, decision-making culture and support the organization to become data literate You assist in the creation of processes, policies and procedures for the creation, extraction, transformation, loading, analysis, visualization of data in collaboration with our HR Products & Services department What You Bring You have a degree in data engineering, software development, IT, data science, or related field You have extensive experience in (HR) data engineering You bring sound knowledge in data engineering and related technologies Extensive knowledge of data bases and data-based languages (e.G., Snowflake, MySQL) You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to build thorough reporting and valuable use cases through proper data provision Ideally, you have additional certificates (e.G., User-Centric Design, Scrum Master, SAFe, Design Thinking, Coaching) and sound knowledge in data technologies (e.G., Alteryx, Blue Prism, PowerBI, Python, R, Tableau, Ui Path, VBA) You are well versed in stakeholder management and executive communication You have a growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, are eager to learn, and thrive with your challenges "Let's make tomorrow different today" is our genuine commitment at Siemens Energy to all customers and employees on the way to a sustainable future.
