What you will do in this role As a Global Operations Manager, you will: Analyze forecasts and optimize resource allocation available. Operational & continuous improvement reporting toward the client: WBR, MBR, and QBR according to the governance model validated with the client. Leading action plan creation & execution to reach client targets. Support new sites and new activities opening by sharing best practices and by including them in the current organization with a smooth process for the client & internally. Measure cross-regional performance on critical metrics identify and share best practices across regions with the support of the local operational teams.
