Your mission will be…
Execution of tasks related to Global Mobility Management for Siemens companies in 6 regions around the world;
Preparation of documentation & Data management: Extracting data from the market provider tool (Mercer) Housing, Airfare, Average Net Salary, and work the data in excel sheet and insert them into power point;
Comparison of Mercer data to country level values, calculating differences and expressing them as outcomes in excel tables;
Apply analytical skill for data and provide Sanity checks aligning exception with the Regional Managers;
Following up on approvals with P&O by sending emails and reminders;
Feeding new data/adjustments into new tables and saving them on GMM SharePoint;
Other administrative tasks required by GMM.
We are looking for someone with…
Education related to Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences or similar (preferable);
Fluency in English (written and spoken), other languages are a plus (Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, etc);
Digital mindset: interest and experience in IT solutions/applications;
Team Player, attention to details, results & quality orientation;
Reliable, organized, with autonomy and strong communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure, on a changing environment;
Knowledge in Excel and other Windows Microsoft applications;
Proactiveness by identifying anomalies in data and affinity with presenting data.
