What You'll Do
As Global Marketing Activation & Orchestration (A&O) Senior Coordinator, you will play a vital role within the team shaping BCG's global marketing and communications delivery around our Global Campaigns. In this role, you will support the activation of one of BCG's global flagship campaigns, together with the respective A&O team members. You will support the positioning strategy and the activation and will work with the marketing leadership of BCG's practice areas, regional marketing leadership and BCG's Marketing & Comms Leadership Team, as well as BCG's think tank Bruce Henderson Institute. You will assist in the positioning strategy and the respective global campaigns and work closely with BCG's Practice Areas, regions and local markets. You will support the activation managers to define, execute and adapt omni-channel positioning campaigns across BCG's global communication channels and local markets worldwide. Identify the most relevant publications in BCG's existing editorial pipeline for broader activation. Assist in the close collaboration with colleagues from communication channels (e.g., public relations, social media, and direct client communications), Practice Areas and local markets. Work closely with the analytics team to integrate and measure the value and impact of the positioning campaign and its strategic partnerships. Assist in the development and delivery of marketing assets for individual channels, e.g. social media.
What You'll Bring
1-3 years work experience or academic background in integrated marketing, campaign management, or communications. You are a strong project manager with the ability to review, analyze and build an understanding of data. Experience in a professional services firm, e.g., management consulting, is a plus. Ability to work with different markets and cultures, and travel as required. Advanced communication skills: oral, written and active listening. Fluent written and spoken English skills.
Who You'll Work With
The Global Marketing Activation and Orchestration Senior Coordinator will directly report to a Global Marketing Activation and Orchestration Senior Manager. The Activation & Orchestration Team is part of the broader Communications Team and works closely with BCG's Marketing & Comms Leadership Team. As part of this team, you will work with global and local team members across the company, including leaders of business units and functional leaders.
